Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care, ER, or specialty settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with critical thinking
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for specialty roles
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts on short notice
