Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by licensed physicians.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters and interventions.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
