Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and provide immediate intervention during medical emergencies.
- Document all clinical activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment while adhering to all infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
