Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License in the State of Nevada (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
