Responsibilities
- Deliver high-acuity patient care in a Level I Trauma Center environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on rapid assessment interventions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic systems
- Lead patient/family education during critical care scenarios
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to strict JCAHO and California Board of Nursing standards
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN)
- BLS/ACLS certifications with current renewal dates
- 3+ years ED or critical care experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Expertise in trauma protocols and rapid response protocols
- Proven proficiency with Epic EMR systems
