Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced emergency settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform therapeutic procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts and high-stress environments
