Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and administer emergency interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Document clinical observations in Epic EHR systems
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants
- Participate in trauma activations and code responses
- Provide patient/family education on treatment protocols
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact state)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum 2 years ER experience preferred
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
