Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by interviewing, observing, and performing physical examinations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care services using electronic health records (EHR) accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition immediately.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Willingness to be trained on new medical technologies and procedures.
