Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document health history accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and observe patients for any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and care plans.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Missouri.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS and NRP preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
