Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, health management, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide high-quality critical care.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
