Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans under the supervision of senior staff.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while strictly adhering to safety protocols and hospital policies.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting any changes or emergencies to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their families during critical care moments.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license issued by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.
- Must possess a genuine passion for patient advocacy and community health.
