Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs remotely.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide telehealth triage and support to patients in the Tampa area.
- Document patient interactions, care plans, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other care team members to ensure quality care.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license issued by the Florida Board of Nursing.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred for remote roles).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of patient safety.
- Flexibility to adapt to a remote clinical setting.
