Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities and hygiene.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and reaction to treatments.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist in triage procedures.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (CA RN License required).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
