Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients of all ages.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Assist in emergency situations and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Perform routine nursing procedures and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Valid, unencumbered RN License to practice in the State of Georgia.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
- ACLS certification preferred for entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient advocacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
