Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals, document clinical observations, and update electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care

Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or relevant clinical experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications; additional certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS) a plus
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
