Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop/implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to emergencies effectively.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient care services accurately and timely.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in the State of Missouri.
- BSN preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
