Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our dynamic medical facility. You will play a critical role in the health and well-being of our community, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health status.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs and recovery goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations with composure and expertise.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio (or compact state eligibility).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to all hospital policies and procedures.
