Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and critical patient events.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
