Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plansEducate patients and families on health conditions and home care proceduresMaintain accurate and timely medical recordsAdhere to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Texas (or compact state)Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)Minimum 2 years of acute care experienceBLS and ACLS certifications requiredStrong critical thinking and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
