Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care using evidence-based practices and clinical judgment
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and interventions in electronic health records with precision
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (maintained current)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
