Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
