Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care strategies
- Maintain patient safety through continuous monitoring and emergency response protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- 1+ years of acute care or relevant clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
