Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient education and health coaching via virtual channels
- Monitor vital signs and health metrics remotely, responding to alerts promptly
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (compact license accepted)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2+ years of acute care or telehealth nursing experience
- Strong proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
