Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and general wards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and adherence to protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately and timely
- Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention strategies
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid California RN license (current and in good standing)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to adapt in emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
