Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and medication administration
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement treatment plans and educate patients/families
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist in emergency response situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
