Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations in acute and sub-acute settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and facility protocols
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care coordination
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and self-management strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- 2+ years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
