Responsibilities
- Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients across diverse medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to detail
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic imaging
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient and family education on treatment protocols and recovery processes

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years ICU experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years critical care nursing experience
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
