Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional direct patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education plans and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and flexible schedules
- Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
