Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and respond appropriately to critical changes in patient status.
- Document patient care activities, including symptoms, reactions, and progress in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Computer literacy and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
