As a Caregiver, you will provide direct care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary restrictions.
- Administer medication reminders and document daily logs accurately.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce isolation.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desired.
- Experience in home health, hospice, or private caregiving is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
