Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed healthcare providers.
- Document patient symptoms, medical histories, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by following sanitation and safety standards.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and disease management.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
