Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols and hospital standards.
- Monitor patient vitals and document health changes accurately in EMR systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families during critical times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN License in the State of Illinois.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (New Grads with stellar resumes are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and medical software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
