Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control procedures
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with quick clinical judgment
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Kentucky
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (new grads considered)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- EMR proficiency (experience with Epic preferred)
