Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
- Assess patient health needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and hospital policy.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current and valid New York State RN License.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
