Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations with composure and skill.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and disease management.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
