Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond immediately to changes in status.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred for immediate hire roles.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
