Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Perform thorough physical exams and medical histories to determine appropriate nursing care plans.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols and documentation standards.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and the care team to ensure holistic patient treatment.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on disease management, post-discharge care, and health promotion.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in California.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required; PALS preferred.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Technology: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
