As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the health and well-being of our community.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes or emergencies to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of patients.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license issued by the state of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred for critical care roles.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting (New grads with excellent clinical rotations are considered).
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
