Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with critical thinking and decisive action
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for critical care roles
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC experience a plus)
