Responsibilities

- Assist providers with electronic health records (EHR) documentation and coding
- Conduct remote patient education and medication reconciliation
- Manage telehealth appointment logistics and patient follow-ups
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
