Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and medication responses
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining patient safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within 90 days)
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
