Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Graduated within the last 12 months from an accredited Nursing program (ASN or BSN).
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
