Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced charge nurses and physicians, ensuring comfort and safety for all patients.
- Monitor patient vitals and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately and timely to maintain high-quality documentation standards.
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support, fostering a dignified patient experience.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, strictly adhering to hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and informed decision-making.
- Participate in clinical rotations and educational workshops to continuously enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
- Licensure: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California Board of Nursing (BRN).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required; PALS preferred.
- Experience: No prior clinical experience required; New Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and computer applications.
