Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care using evidence-based nursing practices
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Completion of nursing program within the last 12 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
