Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with precision and empathy

- Document patient assessments and care plans in EHR systems

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications current
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotational weekends
