Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health conditions, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities and clinical records accurately and timely.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical patient needs during the night shift.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Nursing degree (ADN, BSN, or MSN) from an accredited institution.
