Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care during the night shift, including initial assessments, continuous monitoring, and timely interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient handovers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical incidents with composure and expertise.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote or hybrid team structure.
