Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to critical changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to strict infection control and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting patients as needed.
