Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and neurological status continuously, responding immediately to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management strategies.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, especially in medical-surgical or critical care.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure during high-stress situations.
