Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during night shifts across multiple units including ICU, Med-Surg, and Emergency
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond to critical situations using advanced assessment and intervention skills
- Mentor new staff through our comprehensive onboarding program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for seamless patient data management
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (multi-state license preferred)
- BSN degree with 2+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP preferred)
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating shift schedules
